Are you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences? Do you want to help shape the future of compliance training by blending creativity with structure? Compliance Champs is looking for a motivated working student to help design, update, and improve our training programs—while supporting the smooth operation of our newly acquired training platform.


Your Role in Our Growth

We are looking for a Bachelor’s (preferably year 3) or Master’s student in Law, Communication, Business Administration, or another relevant and related field. You will work closely with the Compliance Champs team to make our training platform both effective and enjoyable for learners.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the development and update of training materials, modules, and interactive content;

  • Help translate complex compliance topics into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly resources;

  • Support the setup and organization of content within the training platform;

  • Ensure quality and consistency of training materials, including language, structure, and design;

  • Provide input on learning design, user experience, and ways to increase learner engagement;

  • Support internal knowledge-sharing and contribute creative ideas to improve our learning offerings.

An interest in e-learning, instructional design, or compliance training is a strong plus!

Job requirements

  • Fluency in the Dutch language is required for this role.

  • You are in the 3rd year of your HBO/WO Bachelor’s or currently enrolled in a Master’s program (e.g., Education, Communication, Business Administration, Law, Economics, etc.);

  • You are creative, structured, and able to translate ideas into clear training content;

  • You have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail;

  • Experience with e-learning tools, content management systems, or multimedia software is a plus;

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English;

  • You thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment;

  • You’re available at least 2 days a week.
