Job description
As a Consultant Crypto Compliance, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing compliance strategies for our clients within the crypto industry. You work closely with our internal teams and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize risks. Your expertise and advice will be crucial in maintaining our integrity and reputation in the market.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Developing and implementing compliance programs that meet relevant regulations, such as MiCAR, AML, KYC, and GDPR.
Conducting risk assessments and establishing risk mitigation measures.
Managing internal audits and preparing reports for regulators and management.
Advising and training employees on compliance issues and best practices.
Staying updated on the latest developments and trends in cryptocurrency and blockchain regulations.
Maintaining client relationships and directly liaising with regulatory authorities and other external partners on behalf of our clients.
Assisting in setting up processes and procedures for new products and services.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in the financial sector or within the crypto industry.
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations such as MiCAR, AML, KYC, and GDPR.
Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets is a strong advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
High level of integrity and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
