At Compliance Champs, we help organizations navigate complex integrity and compliance challenges with confidence. From Financial Economic Crime (FEC) to Regulatory Compliance and Integrity & Investigations, we support our clients in building resilient, future-proof organizations that operate with integrity.

This is not a traditional consulting role.
We are looking for ambitious professionals who combine analytical strength with strategic thinking, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. People who enjoy solving complex challenges, building trusted client relationships, and creating real impact in highly dynamic environments.

Depending on your assignment, your working week (for example) from Monday to Thursday will mainly consist of carrying out an assignment at one of our clients. These range from financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, investment companies) to crypto-asset service providers, football clubs and notaries. On Fridays, the Compliance Champs team comes to the office in the centre of Rotterdam, where you will contribute to areas such as Business Development or Talent Management and work alongside the other consultants and working students to help professionalise and skill Compliance Champs. 

Your tasks and responsibilities

Depending on your experience and interests, your work may include:

• Advising clients on complex compliance and integrity challenges

• Developing and implementing compliance frameworks, policies, and controls

• Supporting organizations in meeting regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Conducting investigations, risk assessments, and integrity reviews

• Helping clients strengthen governance, transparency, and ethical business practices

• Translating regulatory developments into practical and strategic solutions

• Collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams

• Establishing strategic partnerships

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the related field.

  • Experience in one of the following sectors: Banking; Insurance; CASPs; Trust Offices; Investment Firms or Payment Service Providers (PSPs)

• Regulatory knowledge: You possess knowledge of essential laws and regulations

• Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

  • High level of integrity and a proactive attitude

• Language: Strong communication skills, with fluency in Dutch (required) and excellent English (spoken and written).

• Availability:

  • You are available full-time (contract based on 36 to 40 hours per week). Parttime is negotiable.

  • You are able to live and work in the Netherlands, without Visa support from the Company.  

  • We expect you to be in the office and/or at clients at least twice a week.
