Job description
As a part-time Talent Management Advisor (3–4 days per week), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the people side of our growing organization. At Compliance Champs, our HR function is called Talent Management, and in this role, you will be responsible for both the strategic development of our people and the operational processes that support our team. You will build and maintain a strong coaching framework, further develop our internal function house, and help our employees thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain talent management policies and processes that align with company goals, legal requirements, and employee needs.
Establish and maintain a strong coaching framework to support managers and employees in performance, development, and career growth.
Further develop and optimize the internal function house, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and career progression pathways.
Advise management and employees on a wide range of people-related topics, including performance management, learning & development, compensation, and employee relations.
Manage the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, training, development, and offboarding.
Monitor employee well-being, absenteeism, and workplace health & safety, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Maintain accurate talent management administration, including personnel files, contracts, and HR systems.
Stay up to date with labor law developments, HR trends, and best practices, translating these into actionable improvements.
Support business growth by anticipating talent needs and proposing scalable solutions.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a talent management or all-round HR role (generalist/advisor), ideally with experience in coaching frameworks and organizational development.
Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and talent management best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, advisory, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and support managers and employees at all levels.
Fluency in Dutch (required) and proficiency in English.
Hands-on, proactive, and process-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, evolving environment while contributing to long-term talent strategy.
